I have over 25 years of experience working in print shops with pre-press, sales and marketing, customer service, technical support, print production and finishing and bindery knowledge.

My background is graphic design and I am an expert at using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. I am also equally comfortable running the print production department with hands-on knowledge on offset printing presses and digital colour and high speed black-and-white printers. I have experience setting up computers and networks and provide technical support to in-house and external customers. I am the resident expert on all things technical in production (inks, substrates, plates, file formats, resolution, colour, press calibration, colour profiling etc). I also have people skills, holding positions in customer service and sales and marketing.
